Touchez le LochTag avec votre téléphone

Approchez votre téléphone de l'étiquette. Sur iPhone, touchez le haut de votre téléphone à l'étiquette — une petite notification peut apparaître. Sur Android, tenez simplement l'étiquette près de l'arrière du téléphone. Un lien apparaîtra — appuyez dessus.

💡 Phone not picking it up? Make sure NFC is enabled in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Connections → NFC. iPhone: NFC works automatically on iPhone XS and newer; older iPhones may need to open Control Center → tap the NFC reader icon). Almost any phone made in the last 5 years has NFC built in.

Dites-nous sur quoi se trouve l’étiquette

Ajoutez une brève description — « Clé de Honda Civic », « Sac », « Caméra » — pour que ceux qui trouvent l'objet sachent ce qu'ils rapportent. Vous pouvez modifier cela à tout moment depuis votre portail.

Collez-la et c’est terminé

Fixez l'étiquette à ce que vous voulez protéger. À partir de maintenant, quiconque la scanne verra une page « trouvé » qui lui permet de vous envoyer un message instantanément — sans jamais voir vos vraies coordonnées.

My phone doesn't read the tag — what now?
Make sure NFC is on (iPhone 7+ has it on by default; on Android, check Settings → Connections → NFC). Hold the phone steady about an inch above the tag for two seconds.
Will the finder see my real phone number or email?
No. Finders see a contact form. When they submit it, we send the message to you. Your number and address stay completely private until you choose to reply.
Can I activate more than one tag with the same account?
Absolutely. Sign in to your portal and add as many tags as you have. Pro accounts can rename, regroup, and reassign them any time.
What if my LochTag was already activated by someone else?
If you bought it new and it shows as activated, contact us — we'll verify and reset it within one business day.
Is there a subscription fee?
Free plan covers basic email alerts and the finder page. Pro is $19.99/year and adds SMS alerts, priority recovery support, and a $19.99 Recovery Credit.
